Johnny Min is personable and professional. He also explained auto terminology to me in a way I could understand. I have been coming to Tustin Toyota for over 20 years. My former service person was Tom Higgins, who I miss greatly. Did not think I could find anyone at Tom's level but then I met Johnny Min. Well, this is easy to review, the Toyota in Tustin has serviced my vehicle(s) over the past 20+ years and it's always great. At this service I was told it would take +/- 2 hours but it was ready in 1 hour. Great stuff! I do recommend them.

Cody Carter sold me my 2024 RAV4 Prime XSE with Premium Package at a great price, communicated with me regularly to update me on the status of the vehicle after I put down a deposit. When the vehicle finally made it to the dealership, he let me know it arrived.
