Bought my car at Toyota of Tustin and everything was OK. Staff was friendly, no pressure, and the process was smooth from test drive to picking the car. The only downside: ended up waiting quite a while just to sign the final paperwork. Everything else was great though. Recommend them, just bring something to do while you wait.

I brought my Toyota RAV4 for the installation of parts needed to fix a recall. The parts were previously ordered by their retail parts department and when it came in, I was immediately notified. I scheduled with their service department and it was Kevin Gordon who coordinated the repair with me. I worked with Loren, who has always been easy to talk to and good with communication. This last visit they had my car done in 1 hour, but had estimated 2 hours. He even got me a cup of water when I could not stop coughing. This is the second time I have used them, and I plan on continuing to do so.

Easy to pick up parts ordered online!
Sleazy sales tactics even by dealership standards. They tried to get me to put down a deposit to pre-order without giving me the quote first. They also tried to get my SSN, again without giving me a printed quote. I had to ask them repeatedly to produce a printed quote (4+ times).
From the moment I drove my car into Tustin Toyota, Izze Gambino was cordial and welcoming during my dealership visit. Like any other customer, I’m weary about the parts, repairs, and other maintenance that are required versus optional for my car. Izze was straightforward about his recommendations and educated me about my car’s status. I recommend him to anyone who visits this Toyota location! Great guy!

Tustin Toyota is my go-to dealer for all my Toyota purchases. I have three other local Toyota dealers closer to my business, but I have to go to Tustin Toyota for the best deals and the best overall customer experience. Edwin respects my time and goes out of his way to provide an excellent transaction.
