Is Toyota Tustin service department expensive? The answer is, yes it is. But if you want great customer service and the satisfaction of knowing your car is in great hands, then you get what you pay for. My service attendant, Charlie Bautista was amazing! He asked all the correct questions and took care of my car like it was his own. He even got me a loaner vehicle as well. Amazing work! So pleased of this work and the cost it was to know I am well taken care of.

Did a regular maintenance visit which went ok. However, I also asked about a false window open error. It was 3pm and multiple different staff members told me they didn't know what was wrong and that I had to come in another day to have it checked. Bought my car at Toyota of Tustin and everything was OK. Staff was friendly, no pressure, and the process was smooth from test drive to picking the car. The only downside: ended up waiting quite a while just to sign the final paperwork. Everything else was great though. Recommend them, just bring something to do while you wait.
