Very poor customer service and a very frustrating way of handling appointments.
This morning, I contacted them and said that I could come in at 12:30 PM or 1:00 PM. They confirmed that I could come at 12:30. I specifically asked if they could get my car serviced faster, and the manager told me that he would mark my vehicle as a priority for expedited service.
So I arrived at 12:30 expecting exactly that. Instead, after I arrived, I was told that my car would not be ready until around 3:00 PM — meaning I would have to wait about two and a half hours.

We were searching for a 2026 RAV4 for my wife and nobody seemed to have any inventory. After sending out mass emails with our specifications we ending up at Tustin Toyota and met Mario there. Ended up finding a car with our wish list trim coming in and Mario secured the car for us. Is Toyota Tustin service department expensive? The answer is, yes it is. But if you want great customer service and the satisfaction of knowing your car is in great hands, then you get what you pay for. My service attendant, Charlie Bautista was amazing! He asked all the correct questions and took care of my car like it was his own. He even got me a loaner vehicle as well. Amazing work! So pleased of this work and the cost it was to know I am well taken care of.
