The President's Cabinet Award (2011–2025)
Toyota's highest dealer honor, the President's Cabinet Award is limited to a maximum of twelve dealerships nationwide each year. It recognizes the elite of the elite — those that combine operational superiority, high-volume sales, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Tustin Toyota has earned this distinction every year since 2011.
The President's Award
(2005–2025)
One of Toyota's most prestigious dealer honors, the President's Award celebrates excellence across sales, service, and customer satisfaction. Winners must excel in every category Toyota measures, including Customer Sales Satisfaction and Customer Service Satisfaction. Tustin Toyota has been recognized with this award annually since 2005.
The Board of Governors Award
(2004–2025)
The Board of Governors Award recognizes elite dealers for outstanding business performance, sales success, and dedication to customer satisfaction. To qualify, a dealership must rank among Toyota's top 60 in non-fleet sales volume and have been in operation for more than a year. Tustin Toyota has been a proud recipient every year since 2004.
Drive for Perfect Attendance Program
Each year, Tustin Toyota celebrates local students through its Drive for Perfect Attendance Program. As a thank-you to the community, the dealership awards a free car to one lucky qualifying student with perfect school attendance. Visit the program page to see past winners and learn how to enter.

On receiving the President's Cabinet Award, Tustin Toyota's General Manager, Mark Gittin, said: "We go out of our way to ensure our entire sales and service staff takes every opportunity to exceed our customer expectations. Toyota has high standards for excellence, and we aim to meet and exceed those standards. We are honored to receive the President's Cabinet Award. It's public recognition of our commitment to the levels of service we provide and, more importantly, a reminder to be respectful and welcoming to every customer.
