This service department was timely and kept services within the original estimate. Ben Hur was excellent in all regards.

Tried to upsell me brake fluid flush on a vehicle with 23k miles and no brake issues, the service advisor was coy and dismissive when I mentioned my mechanical expertise, being a former mechanic, simple service and oil change but the minor dash warning about low windshield washer fluid was not addressed, still low, I have had many toyotas and services at this dealership, and have numerous past issues and never really spoken out except to the service manager a couple of times, several times quart low after oil change but not recently, premature brake pad change recommendation, water in left rear door issue(had drained by itself after sloshing around), but ignored when addressed. Other unnecessary upsells, but several service advisors mock You when You don't bite.

After many decades, I have never had a better service agent than Kevin Gordon. Kevin has worked very closely with me to get the things done that will keep me safe, but not going overboard when I have limited funds. Kevin is honest, patient, and wonderful to work with.
