Service staff aren't knowledgeable and wasted hours of my time. Switching to South Coast Toyota in Costa Mesa for the future. Did a regular maintenance visit which went ok. However, I also asked about a false window open error. It was 3pm and multiple different staff members told me they didn't know what was wrong and that I had to come in another day to have it checked. They even said the car might have to stay overnight even if I brought it in the early morning. I ended up going to Costa Mesa's South Coast Toyota dealer and the rep there took a look at the window a few minutes after I arrived. He immediately knew how to reset the window's calibration and literally within 10 seconds the problem was fixed. How none of the staff I talked to at Tustin Toyota knew about this is beyond me.

Buying a new car can be so hectic, but not working with Adam at Tusin Toyota. Adam made the process so smooth for our family. With our daughter being a first time buyer her eyes were everywhere...1 second she wanted a base model the next second she wanted TRD and the next she wanted all the bells & whistles and with all that Adam stayed professional and patient. The most surprising part was how knowledgeable he is with Toyotas products. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured. And at the end he went over the whole vehicle with our daughter which was impressive and which we are thankful for especially since this is her first vehicle. And may I add not once did he ask for a review...we have bought a few vehicles this past year and they always ask for us to put a good review which we don't because they asked.
